Proudest Moment and/or Achievement: My life can almost be divided into 10 year periods. First, I put my husband through Medical School, internship, Navy (2 yrs), residency (at Duke Ophthalmology), had 2 boys and got a Master's Degree.

Secondly, I taught 16 years (Pre-school, deaf children). My third period of life was extended "volunteer & charitable"works in the Fayetteville community. President of the Music Festival of Arkansas. President of book clubs, church groups, Foundations.

At the age of 52, I returned to the University of Arkansas for course work in Drama. For the next 14 years I performed on all the stages in Northwest Arkansas (My personal goal!). BUT, my biggest achievement was performing as "Aunt Ellen" in the musical "Oklahoma" in the summer of '95, in Tulsa, Oklahoma's "Discoveryland" as a paid actress (93 performances).

I must say that I have truly been blessed with a wonderful family, good health, and a nice life. What more could one ask for?
