We are hoping to expand our operations in to other areas, if we can locate competent personnel.]

On-Site Installation:

This (to us) is a broad subject! We have done everything from unpacking the new computer and setting it up; to things as simple as setting up the Dial-up Networking with the proper phone number.

Normally this is done, in conjunction with one of our Clients, who is going on-line with Lake Country Internet, and may have, or have not, been on-line before. The purpose of this type of on-site service is to get you "up and going" on the Internet.

For our Clients, we will spend as much time as needed (via phone) to get you up and going; but, a point may occur when we just can't seem to get it up and going. This is especially true, in the cases of numerous manufacturers that deviate from the "retail" version of Windows. Some of these are IBM, Compaq, Dell & Packard Bell, etc.

If your system is operating normally, and you ordered your Lake Country Internet service thru us, and you are located in the area of:

Lindale, Hide-A-Way Lake, Sand Flat, Red Springs, Mt. Sylvan or Swan - your cost will be $10.00.

Mineola, Hawkins, Big Sandy, Winona, Tyler (75702, 06 & 08) - your cost will be $15.00.

Tyler (75701 & 03) - your cost will be $20.00.
